Standard: 200–300 mcg 1–3 times daily
Higher: 300–600 mcg daily (split into 2–3 doses)
Cycle: 10–20 days on, or used as needed for stress/focus; some follow 5 days on / 2 days off.
Reconstitution / Administration Notes:
