Reconstitution example (for a typical 10 mg or 50 mg vial): Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water (for 10 mg vial yields ~5 mg/mL).
5 mg = 1 mL (100 units on U-100 insulin syringe)
10 mg = 2 mL (200 units)
Administration: Subcutaneous injection (abdomen or thigh), preferably in the evening.
