5-Amino-1MQ
Typical Dosing Protocols (Research/Compounded Use Only) – 5-Amino-1MQ
Common protocol: 150–500 mcg subcutaneously once daily. Start at 150–250 mcg daily for the first 5–7 days, then titrate up to 300–500 mcg as tolerated.
Other reported ranges:
Beginner: 150–300 mcg once daily
Standard: 300–500 mcg once daily (or split 250 mcg twice daily)
Cycles: Typically 4–8 weeks on, followed by a 2–4 week break.
Reconstitution example (for a typical 10 mg vial): Add 2 mL bacteriostatic water (yielding ~5 mg/mL).
150 mcg = 0.03 mL (3 units on U-100 insulin syringe)
300 mcg = 0.06 mL (6 units)
500 mcg = 0.1 mL (10 units)
Administration: Subcutaneous injection (abdomen or thigh), preferably in the morning on an empty stomach. Some protocols also use oral capsules (50–100 mg daily), but subcutaneous is the primary research route for higher bioavailability.
